SweePay launched Start2Coin with the goal of democratizing crypto access through a safe, easy-to-use and accessible physical card. This product was destined for non-tech-savvy Europeans, who, while interested in the upside of crypto, lacked the confidence to invest.

The Need
SweePay wanted to be part of the solution, and bring cryptocurrencies into the mainstream and the pockets of the average European person. The goal was to clear some of the misconceptions around this emerging technology, and provide a space where users can learn, transact and profit from Bitcoin.
Brand Strategy
We kicked things off with a series of facilitated workshops, meant to gain a deeper understanding of the product, customer, market position, competition, and potential gaps and opportunities. We then delved into defining the brand attributes, and honed in on the desired look and feel.
Identity System
The logo, a golden coin set in motion, perfectly framed in the brand initial letter is a reflection of the brand’s core mission: making safe and fast crypto trading accessible to everyone. The warm, welcoming color palette challenges the limiting belief that you have to be an expert to enjoy the benefits of Bitcoin.
Applications
The Start2Coin Card is a confident embodiment of the service: a fast, reliable, and modern tool for trading Bitcoin easily and securely.

The Website
The website positioned Start2Coin firmly on the market, and it served as a platform for new customers to activate their cards and get support, or for Bitcoin wallet holders to connect their accounts. The quick and easy activation process provides a seamless user experience that's true to the brand and is focused on the customer.
The Impact
Post-launch, the Start2Coin card has been released in thousands of locations across Europe. The brand has gained substantial recognition, featuring in notable publications like Yahoo! Finance, marking a significant stride in their mission to mainstream cryptocurrency usage.
